Description
The drilling rig is designed for drilling deep (artesian) wells (for limestone), geophysical and structural wells up to 200 meters deep with rotating drill pipes with a diameter of 60.3 mm and a depth of up to 300 m — pipes with a diameter of 50 mm with well cleaning by flushing, as well as for drilling group wells with augers. It is a complex of mechanisms mounted on the KAMAZ-43118 (6×6) or URAL-4320 (6×6) high-pass vehicles.
The drilling rig URB-2.5 is completed at the request of the customer with a tool block designed for the transportation of drill pipes, drilling and locksmith tools, as well as some devices that facilitate the work of the driller.
The main components of the installation are the main transmission, winch, rotor, piston drilling pump, mast, tool feed mechanism, three—speed gearbox, transmitting rotation from the main transmission to the winch and rotor.
The drilling rig URB-2.5 is completed at the request of the customer with a tool block designed for the transportation of drill pipes, drilling and locksmith tools, as well as some devices that facilitate the work of the driller.
