Description
Installation URB-3A3-073 is a modern complex of drilling equipment including a mobile drilling rig on a trailer, a complex for feeding drilling mud.
The drive of the working bodies of the drilling rig is carried out using an asynchronous electric motor (AO102-4MU2) of the base chassis.
The drilling unit includes: gearbox transfer case , gearbox with three direct and one reverse transmission, double-drum winch with mechanical pnevmatos, the rotor (orifice D =410 mm), which is mounted on the edge of the frame of the drilling unit, twin-piston drill pump of NB−125, mast, generator, electrical power 380V (220V) and emergency 24V hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, hydromacrophytes; frame, which is supported by 4 hydraulic Jack (outrigger) for installation of the drilling unit in a horizontal position. A welding transformer is also installed on the frame of the unit.
